"I want a basic, normal sized, plain identifier that is simply a tin tag of my clubs identifier so I don't have to print it off." - You want the Dink. It is simply your clubs identifier pressed on metal and is 4in x 3in. There are no names, backgrounds, logos, etc added. There is open space below the clubs identifier card to write if you want to add your name or something as you go.

"I want a normal sized identifier but I want to add my name, social tag, and maybe a background pattern or color." - Both the Backlash and Ditch Pickle are what you are looking for. They are both slightly different in style where your name or social tag goes and you can see that in the examples of each on their respective product pages. Both are 4in x 3in.
