Memorial Plates are made using our Double Up identifier blanks and measure 8 inches wide and 4 inches tall. You will need to decide how you are mounting the plate for your application and modify the plate. For example if you bolt it to a SourceKrate like I did you will need to drill holes in it. We do not supply any form of mounting hardware, the plate comes by itself.
